My brief for this kitchen is to combine the warth of woodgrain with the industrial stone surfaces. A larger central island becomes the focal point of this design, incorporating the venting hob and sink in the 100mm thick mineral/quartz surface. The larder tall storage are creates the necessary capacity for a busy modern home.
