The Tate Residences
TKS Projects worked with Roffey Homes to install 37 luxury kitchens into The Tate Residences, a new development of adjacent to Sussex Cricket Ground between Summer 2022 and Summer 2023.
Working with our premium Nolte cabinetry, the TKS Projects design team devised a two-tone kitchen scheme using FEEL in Lava and ARTWOOD in Walnut Royale.
The team met around 25 buyers ahead of manufacturing the kitchens, allowing them to customise each kitchen to their specific style and needs.
Caesarstone mineral quartz work surfaces were installed across the development. Each kitchen was also fitted with sleek AEG appliances with top end Miele specification in the penthouse.
TKS Projects were pleased to work alongside Roffey Homes again on The Tate Residences. We were working on two projects during this period, also completing kitchen installations at the Calista development in Worthing. Our compact and dynamic team ensured communication was swift and effective, allowing us to complete both projects in parallel to the high standard the client expected.
These cutting-edge apartments now provide luxury accommodation a short walk from the cricket ground, the beach and the heart of Hove.
